A zinc-free, transparent, fast-drying, seal/undercoater formulated to seal porous flooring. Hil-Tex+ provides a smooth, tough base that helps polishes form an unbroken surface film for longer wear properties. It dries quickly to provide a durable slip resistant film. Once the Hil- Tex+ base is established, your polishes will perform better and last longer.

  • Environmentally preferred zinc-free seal/undercoater.
  • Dries fast to save labor.
  • Highly resistant to grease, oil, detergents, and ultraviolet rays.
